Whitmor Plastic Wire & Cable was started as a privately-held, custom-cable manufacturer in North Hollywood, CA in the late ‘50s. In 1968, the company spun off the Wirenetics Company as a distribution arm for products that we didn’t manufacture. Then, in 1986, our two companies merged to form one, streamlined organization to better serve our customers. This unique combination as manufacturer/distributor allows us to offer a full range of custom and off-the-shelf products with great efficiency and timeliness.
